Casa Priani combines rustic Istrian charm with modern comfort and warm hospitality. Each room is thoughtfully designed for rest, privacy, and relaxation, featuring natural materials and soft, calming tones. All rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, king-size beds (180×200), and premium cotton sateen bedding.
Our heated saltwater pool is the heart of the house, inviting you to spend your day relaxing by the pool in the tranquil garden or unwinding in our peaceful shared areas. Here, you may also meet our rescue cats from Asia: George, Martha, and Richard — as well as Roško, our neighbour’s gentle wanderer who occasionally stops by.
Wake up to birdsong and begin your day with a lovingly prepared à la carte breakfast — fresh, local, and delicious. Throughout the day, enjoy our buffet selection of seasonal fruit, homemade desserts, coffee, tea, and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages.

With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, she speaks English, Italian, Slovenian, Croatian, as well as some German and Spanish.
